A PEDESTRIAN suffered a broken elbow after being hit by a car.
The collision happened in Hartlepool on Monday.
A 19-year-old woman was hit by a grey Audi A3 in Park Road, at the junction with Osborne Road.

It happened at about 5pm.
The teenager was taken to hospital for treatment for a fractured elbow.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the collision to come forward.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident who has not already spoken with police is asked to contact PC Jayson Morris from the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit, on the non-emergency number 101, quoting incident number 159706.
