A Hollywood Bowl spokesperson, said: "Whilst there are no current plans to relocate Hollywood Bowl Stockton, we look forward to participating in the consultation process."

The area marked for demolition includes a Pizza Hut and Burger King.

A spokesperson for British Land said: “We are bringing forward proposals to redevelop Phase 3 of Teesside Park and deliver new employment space. The plans, which are currently at a very early stage, would provide a major boost to the local economy and create many new jobs for local people.”

“We are committed to engaging with residents, shoppers and businesses throughout the planning process. We will shortly be launching a public consultation to ensure the community can view emerging plans, ask questions and provide feedback before we submit a planning application in the autumn.”

“We are are looking to include a range of sustainability measures, such as energy efficient LED lighting, solar panels and electric vehicle charging points. We are also proposing new landscaping to improve net biodiversity at the site.”
