POLICE are trying to trace a driver who left the scene of a crash which left a woman in hospital.
The two-vehicle collision happened in Middlesbrough on Saturday, in the College Road/Tomlinson Way area at about 3.45pm.
One of the vehicles - thought to be a dark grey Passat or similar - left the scene.
A 58-year-old woman, who was driving a Ford Fiesta, suffered multiple fractures to her left arm and she remains in James Cook University Hospital receiving treatment.
Officers investigating the incident are appealing for information.
Any witnesses or people with dash cam or CCTV who were travelling along Cargo Fleet Lane are urged to contact Cleveland Police via the 101 number, quoting Ref 127540.
