TWO men have stolen £3,800 worth of skincare products from a Sainsbury's in Scarborough and fled after being challenged by security.

The incident happened before 11am on Friday July 9 where two males placed over 100 Olay skincare products into a bag and left without paying.

When challenged by security the two males fled on foot across a car park onto Flasgrave Road. 

Police are asking members of the public to get in touch if they recognise the men in the picture.

PC Liam Cromack, investigating officer, said: "“If you recognise either of the males featured in these images I would ask you to get in touch. I am also looking to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the males running away from the store across Falsgrave Road as you may have information which could help.”
