NORTH Yorkshire police stopped a car driving on a 60mph road with eight people inside with a missing rear tyre.
The occupants of the car included a baby, two toddlers and a young child and none of them were wearing seatbelts.
One of the children was upside down in the footwell and the car's remaining tyres were bald with a metal cord exposed.
The driver also didn't have a licence and the car was uninsured.
The driver was a man in his 20s was arrested and taken into custody. He was charged with dangerous driving, driving without an appropriate licence and driving without insurance.
He will be going to Scarborough magistrates court soon according to police.
The incident happened during a police seatbelt awareness campaign.
