Crime scene investigators working at the property in Marske
A MAN discovered dead following a flat fire has been named by police as Steven McGowan.
The 47-year-old's body was recovered in the early hours of Wednesday, June 9 when emergency services were called to the address in Marske.
Cleveland Police were called to an address on Wheatacre Close, by Cleveland Fire Brigade colleagues at around 2.15am where they were dealing with a house fire.
On arrival a man from inside the address was discovered deceased.
