POLICE are urgently appealing to trace a missing Hartlepool man.
Officers are urgently trying to locate 19-year-old Scott Larsen.
Scott is white, of average build with short brown hair.
Police do not currently have a description of his clothing.
Police said they are extremely concerned for his wellbeing and urge anyone with information to contact Cleveland Police via the 101 number immediately.
