A MOTORCYCLIST in his 50s has died following a crash near Northallerton yesterday.
It happened on the A167 between Northallerton and Darlington at around 12.30pm.
The motorcyclist, who was riding a Kawasaki, was travelling north when he collided with two vehicles – a MAN horsebox wagon and a Jaguar I-PACE which were heading in the opposite direction.
Sadly, the rider suffered very serious injuries and died at the scene.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.

It is the second fatal crash on the A167 within ten days.
