A FLYTIPPER was caught on film dumping bags of builder's waste and general household waste over a wall.
The incident occurred on Marton Road on Wednesday. June 2.
It was reported to Middlesbrough Council's Environmental Flying Squad by a member of the public who caught the incident on camera.
The team later cleared up the dumped items, and now want to trace the individual responsible.
Middlesbrough Mayor Andy Preston said: "Fly-tipping blights communities, and we’re not going to stand for it in Middlesbrough.
"Someone out there knows this individual – let us know who he is and help us to stamp out this scourge on the environment."
