A NORTH Yorkshire clay shooting ground has unveiled its contemporary new clubhouse after significantly investing and expanding its facilities.
Thimbleby Shooting Ground, near Northallerton, now boasts a new clubhouse that adds a cafe, shop, gun room and meeting rooms, as well as spaces for people to relax, all enclosed in a stylish timber framed building.
The venue offers self-caddied rounds, shooting lessons, simulated game days and corporate team building, as well as selling shooting equipment and clothing and with a working gunsmith on site.
Thimbleby Shooting Ground manager Philip Thompson said: “The new clubhouse is the result of significant investment in the shooting ground and represents our focus on expansion and improvement.
"The clubhouse will ensure our visitors not only enjoy top-class clay shooting but also benefit from leisure facilities of the same high quality. I look forward to welcoming our regular customers, and those new to Thimbleby or clay shooting, during the months ahead.”
