POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a collision involving a car and an off-road bike in Teesside.
The incident happened at around 8pm yesterday (Thursday), involving a blue Seat Leon and an off-road bike, at the junction of Skelton Road and Willow Drive in Brotton.
The 39-year-old male driver of the off-road bike suffered multiple leg injuries, and his 18-year-old male pillion passenger also suffered a leg injury.
Both were taken to James Cook University Hospital, where the driver remains whilst receiving treatment.
Officers are appealing to anyone who may have seen either vehicle travelling in the nearby area prior to the incident, anyone who may have witnessed the collision or anyone who may have CCTV or dash cam footage which could assist the investigation.
