POLICE have issued an appeal after a ram raid at a shop in North Ormesby.
The incident happened at around 12.40am today, (Thursday) on Kings Road involving a small white Peugeot Partner van.
Officers are working to establish what was taken from the shop, named FoneFix.
Extensive damage was caused to the shop.
The white van made off from the scene in the direction of Borough Road and officers are appealing to anyone who may have seen it.
Any witnesses or anyone who may have CCTV footage in the area around Kings Road from the early hours of this morning are also asked to get in touch with Middlesbrough CID on the non-emergency number 101, quoting incident number 76195.
