POLICE are appealing for information after there was a report that a man was behaving suspiciously on the Tilery Estate in Stockton yesterday (Sunday).
The man was on Cowper Road at around 1.20pm and he is described as white, in his early 20s, with short brown greasy straggly hair.
He was wearing glasses and a dark jacket over a blue top.
Police said it is possible that the report was made in good faith and that there’s an innocent explanation to the man’s behaviour, however to establish the exact circumstances, police want to identify the man and speak with him.
Police are urging him to come forward and speak to them.
