NORTH-EAST filmmakers have a chance to screen their work at a food and film festival coming to the region this summer.
Film & Food Fest is a four-day festival bringing a programme of movies, street food and comedy to Newcastle from June 24 to 27.
Classic favourites like Grease and Pretty Woman will be shown over the weekend alongside Dolittle and The Invisible Man. There will also be a Greatest Showman sing-a-long.
Local food vendors will also be feeding attendees, with Sweetest Things and Angel Fish announced so far.
Sean McLoughlin and Eshaan Akbar will be entertaining crowds with comedy sets before some of the films.
A host of short films from local filmmakers will kick off the Thursday night event at Exhibition Park, and North-East artists are being urged to submit their work.
Adventure Cinema, the event's organisers, will also be donating £2 from every ticket sold for the short film nights to support local film organisations within each city.
For more information on submitting your work, please visit https://www.reelsolutions.co.uk/submission-page/
