AN investigation is underway after a damage was caused to the graves in the baby garden at a cemetery.
A group of youths are reported to have been kicking flowers and taking ornaments from graves in the baby garden at Durham Road Cemetery in Stockton.
The incident happened around 7pm on Thursday.
Officers are investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward with information.
Neighbourhood officers will be in the area carrying out high visibility patrols.
