THE parents of suspected murder victim are due to appear in a TV documentary tonight just weeks after they were cleared of any involvement.
Steven Clark disappeared in December 1992 and 28 years later his elderly parents Doris and Charles were arrested on suspicion of his murder.
The 23-year-old vanished while out on a family walk along Saltburn seafront and his body has never been recovered.
Cleveland Police arrested his parents on suspicion of his murder and carried out searches of their home and garden.
Ex-detective Mark Williams-Thomas re-investigates the case after spending 17 weeks with the Clarks while they were under investigation.
The couple were cleared of suspicion earlier this year after their arrest following a review of evidence.
The documentary explores two possible sightings of Steven in the days following his disappearance.
