Westmoreland Way in Newton Aycliffe has been closed
EMERGENCY services have been dealing with a crash in Westmoreland Road, Newton Aycliffe.
The road was closed in both directions between Burn Lane and Macmillan Road, from about 7pm, according to an AA traffic report.
The road has now reopened.
Durham Police have been contacted for information.
