FENWICK has released its plans to reopen, revealing a host of new stores and a focus on North-East businesses. 

The Newcastle department store is set to welcome back shoppers from 9am on Monday, April 12, with a number of new brands and food outlets.

It will operate extended opening hours and anyone spending more than £50 in-store will get two hours of free parking until May 31.

Sole Trader will launch sneakers from top brands for men and women, LRM handbag personalisation will bring their pop-up truck to store and Nail It, a new instore nail bar will be opened in the Beauty Hall.

Fenwick has also put local producers at the centre of its reopening with a pop-up food market featuring North-East favourites restaurants such as Dabbawal and Dot Bagel and new proposition Khai Khai.

There will also be local food artisans and producers with pop-ups in the Food Hall. 

Meanwhile, new bottle shop Hop & Dram, which specialises in beers and spirits from local breweries and distilleries, will debut.

Keep your eyes peeled for more local producers within the Food Hall including bottled cocktail pioneers Mother Mercy, The Brownie Bar, award-winning biscuit bakehouse Sawley Kitchen, Durham-based sweet shop Beamish, Blueberry Hill Preserves, confectionary business tr:EAT and artisan piccalilli makers Calder’s Kitchen.

Takeaway food and drinks will also be available from Mason and Rye including an all-new bakery offering, Ouseburn Coffee Company and Caffe Nero as well as the Mason + Rye Trike located outside Fenwick on Northumberland Street offering delicious pastries and hot drinks.

Despite reopening, The Fenwick Concierge Service will continue to operate once, as will the Call and Collect Service.
