The scene of the incident at Thornhill
A MAN is due at court this morning charged with murder following a fatal incident in Shildon on Tuesday.
Mark McGuinness, 51, of Thornhill Gardens, Shildon will face magistrates at Newton Aycliffe this morning.
The victim has not yet been named by police.
