POLICE are appealing for witnesses or dash cam footage following an incident where someone fired pellets from what is believed to be a BB gun at a vehicle in Stockton.
The incident was reported at around 5.20pm on Friday (March 26) in the car park of Home Bargains on Parkfield Road.
A black Volkswagen was fired at, causing damage to two passenger side windows.
A man, woman and child were stood next to the vehicle but no one was injured.
Although it is not believed to be a targeted attack, police are appealing for any information which could assist them in finding the person responsible.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, who has not already spoken to police, or anyone with dash cam footage of the incident, is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101 quoting 047228.
