FOLLOWING numerous reports of an off road bike in and around Shotton Colliery last night (Sunday), officers from the Peterlee Neighbourhood team attended and seized a bike from the Brandlings Court area.
An investigation to identify the rider is currently ongoing.
Police have asked that the public continue to report off road and quad bike nuisance and anti-social behaviour, at the time it occurs.
This enables them to attend and take positive action in respect of the vehicle and its rider.
Police said they will always act on the information you provide to us.
