HOPEFUL homeowners can now take a look inside one of thousands of new homes being developed on the outskirts of Newcastle.

If you’re on the lookout for a new home this new year, a showhouse at Church View has opened up to allow buyers to see inside a finished property on the new estate.

The 184-home Church View area forms part of the wider Callerton Park residential neighbourhood which will bring 3,000 new homes, alongside new primary schools, businesses and shops.

House hunters are able to explore a finished property at the site in Callerton for the first time, where a three-bedroom showhome opened last weekend.

Oliver Wray, sales manager for Ashberry Homes which is deliverying Church View, said: “Church View’s desirable location within Callerton Park means that buyers will be just a short drive away from the bustling city centre, but also within walking distance of open countryside to enjoy the great outdoors.

“The homes available are suitable for buyers at all stages of the property ladder, from first-time buyers and commuters to growing families and downsizers.”

Callerton Park is around five miles north west of Newcastle city centre and around four miles south of Ponteland town centre.

The development is made up of a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses, alongside a children’s play area and public open space.

Viewings are appointment-only and adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Under currently Covid guidelines, you are allowed to move house.
