POLICE are trying to trace this man in connection with a number of offences.
Lawrence Coglan, is from Darlington and has links to Barnard Castle.
Police described the 58-year-old as "stocky and bald".
Independent charity Crimestoppers says it will pay a cash reward for any information that leads to a positive result.
He is wanted in connection with several offences, including criminal damage and harassment.
