A MAN is due to go on trial in June following the killing of a popular teenager.
Nathan Costello is charged with the murder of Taylor Black, 18, who was found dead at a property on Ketton Road in Hardwick, Stockton on Monday, February 17 last year.
The 31-year-old made a short appearance at Teesside Crown Court this afternoon to have his custody time limit extended until his trial in underway in the summer.
The defendant, of Ketton Road, Stockton, spoke only on confirm his name and that he understood proceedings.

Judge Howard Crowson remanded Costello in custody until the start of his trial on June 21.
