TWO men have been arrested after a suspected stolen vehicle failed to stop for police in Middlesbrough.
The incident happened around 9.45pm yesterday, (Sunday), when a vehicle made off from police on Longlands Road.
The BMW was pursued by officers onto Linthorpe Road, Borough Road, Cambridge Road, and the A66 towards Dormanstown.
Three men made off from the vehicle, and officers from the Cleveland Police Dog Unit were able to track and detain two men aged 28 and 29.
The men were arrested in connection with the incident and remain in police custody this morning (Monday).
Enquiries are ongoing.
