Police arrested a 31-year-old man after drugs, cash and a lock knife were seized from a property in Middlesbrough.
Officers from Coulby Newham Neighbourhood Policing Team executed a warrant at an address on Hedingham Close on the evening of Monday January 4.
A quantity of suspected class B and C drugs were seized, along with cash, a lock knife and some designer clothing.
A man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B and C drugs and handling stolen goods. The man was released under investigation pending further enquiries.
Sergeant Chris Turner, from Coulby Newham Neighbourhood Team, said: “This is another example of neighbourhood teams in Middlesbrough listening to local communities and acting on information.
"We will always look to take positive action which improves lives for local residents and takes away the misery which is caused by dealing drugs and associated crime.”
