A RETAILER has launched an urgent recall after it identified a number of bedding sets could pose an "entrapment risk" for children.
Next is asking customers who own either its Pink or Teal Magical Woodland Duvet Cover and Pillowcase sets to return them to store immediately.
The products, which have a problem with the trim on the bedding becoming detached, are understood to pose a risk to children when unsupervised.
In a statement, Next said: "We have identified a potential problem with the trim on the bedding becoming detached on the Pink and Teal Magical Woodland Duvet Cover and Pillowcase Sets, which would become an entrapment risk for children while unsupervised during use.
"If you have purchased this bedding please return your Magical Woodland Duvet Cover and Pillowcase set to us immediately, for a full refund.
"We're very sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you'll understand that customer safety is our highest priority."
The item numbers that are part of the recall are 332567 - Pink / 215341 - Teal.
