POLICE are appealing for anyone with private CCTV or dash cam footage of two incidents in Yarm.

The first was on Bulmer Close, where there was an attempted theft from a vehicle at around 5.15am on Saturday (November 21).

The second incident occurred on Leven Road between 11pm on Friday (November 20) and 7.30am on Saturday (November 21), where an address was targeted and a Ribble Bianco Sportive road bike was stolen (similar to the picture).

Officers are encouraging residents in the local area to check any CCTV or dash cam footage for any unusual activity.

Police are also reminding members of the public to take extra care to keep their properties and vehicles secure at all times, particularly in the run-up to Christmas.
