A MAN has been taken to hospital following a police incident in Normanby, Middlesbrough, on Saturday morning.
A spokesperson for the Great North Air Ambulance said: "We attended in incident in Smith's Dock Park Road, Normanby, at 10.18am on Saturday.
"A paramedic and doctor were on board and helped members of the North East Ambulance Service treat a male patient.
"The patient was accompanied to hospital for further treatment."
The man was taken to the James Cook University Hospital by road.
The police were in attendance. There are no further details available at this stage. Cleveland Police have been contacted.
