A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with allegations of assault, public order and threats to cause criminal damage.
The teenager, from Middlesbrough, was arrested on suspicion of using threatening/ abusive words/ behaviour to cause harassment/ alarm/ distress, threat to damage/ destroy property and wound/ inflict grievous bodily harm without intent.
He was been released with bail conditions.
Police had previously appealed to find the man.
