THE most expensive streets on Teesside have been revealed - and it shows where homes have sold for the most money in the past year.

Latest data from the property website, Zoopla has mapped the priciest streets across the area with one seeing homes sell for around £760,000.

In the past twelve months, streets falling under the Middlesbrough, Nunthorpe, Yarm and Guisborough areas have seen the highest prices paid for homes.

Houses in these areas have sold for between £760,000 and £550,000, significantly higher than the average price paid on Teesside of £158,184 last year.
