The Cannabis seized by police in Thornaby
A LARGE amount of cannabis was seized from a property on Stirling Way in Thornaby yesterday morning, estimated to be worth around £100,000.
The drugs warrant was executed at the address by officers from the Stockton Neighbourhood team.
Acting Sergeant Mitch Baldwin, said: “Todays warrant was a success and we have seized thousands of pounds worth of drugs from the streets of our communities.
“The warrant was carried out as a result of intelligence received from the public and I would like to thank them for coming forward.
“Officers will always act on intelligence and if you have any criminal activity to report please contact us on 101 or 999 in an emergency.”
