EMERGENCY services are at the scene of an incident in Hollyhurst Road, Darlington.
An area has been cordoned off and an ambulance and three police vehicles are in attendance.
Details are unclear at this stage.
A Durham Police spokesperson said: "We were called to an incident in the Hollyhurst Road area of Darlington at 6.45am this morning.
"Further details will be released in due course."
