SUPERMARKET chain Aldi is set to open a new store in Eston next week, bringing ten jobs to the town.
The new store, opening on October 22, will bring ten new job opportunities and allow residents to bag deals.
Shoppers can bag British meat products with weekly offers, Aldi’s award-winning ‘Specially Selected’ range and exclusive beers, wines and spirits.
The Trunk Road store will also have a ‘Food to Go’ section at the front.
Specialbuys will also be available in the middle aisle, offering a wide range of products from electrical items to garden tools.
Charities and food banks in Eston will be able to collect surplus food and perishables like fruit, vegetables and baked goods if they sign up to Aldi's platform Neighbourly, which links businesses to charitable organisations in the community.
Store manager Paul Willoughby said: “We’re really looking forward to opening the new store here in Eston.
"It’s set to be a great day and it’ll be lovely to welcome our new customers into the store and provide them with access to affordable, high-quality food.”
The new store will be located on Trunk Road, Eston, TS6 9TL and will be open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 10pm and from 10am to 4pm on Sundays.
Eston charities that would like to partner up with the store should email aldi@neighbourly.com
