A NORTH East swim school is set to make waves when it reopens this month with exciting plans to help the region get fit and healthy.
Due to the coronovirus lockdown,many people have struggled to stay on top of their physical and mental wellbeing following lockdown, including those with hidden disabilities.
The Sunderland-based swim school ‘in at the deep end’ is offering post-lockdown exercise and is finally ready to get back in the water, with swimming for fitness, weight loss, mental health, and more.
The award-winning, swim school based at Castle View Community and Fitness Centre and Thornhill Academy, is the only Autism Swim Approved Centre in the North East.
