Huntcliff in Saltburn
Police have said a body was found in Saltburn yesterday.
Police were called at around 1.30pm yesterday (Sunday) to reports that a body had been seen at the bottom of Huntcliff in Saltburn.
Officers attended and a man’s body was recovered with the assistance of the Coastguard and the RNLI.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and will be passed to the Coroner.
Police said specialist officers are working to contact the man’s next of kin and our thoughts are with them.
