A BRADFORD doctor has given his guide to taking off your face mask once you get home, but opted against singing Happy Birthday when washing his hands.
Dr Amir Khan has demonstrated in a video how to take off a disposable and washable mask.
He says you should take off mask by their ear pieces and don’t touch the front of the mask as that will be contaminated.

Dr Khan added you should the put a disposable mask straight in the bin, but for a washable mask people can wash it, dry it and use it again. Below is the full video:
Medical advice also included washing your hands for 20 seconds while singing ‘Happy Birthday, but Dr Khan opted against singing as he demonstrated.
He added: ‘Remember when you’re taking your mask off, wash your hands again. Happy birthday….no, I’m not going to do it, I’m not going to do it.”
