Billingham man appears in court for dwelling and commercial burglary
A man who was charged with a dwelling burglary and a commercial burglary in Billingham appeared in court today.
Lee Daniel Bacon, 40, of Barnet Way, Billingham was charged with the offences after two alleged incidents on Leeholme Road yesterday (Thursday, July 31) and Hastings Way on Tuesday, July 7.
The case was sent to Teesside Crown Court to be heard on August 31.
