According to Zoopla, the average property value on this street is £921,270.

Properties on this street truly are grand and luxurious, with 5-10 beds depending on the property.

Woodbury House has an estimated value of £771k-£1.16m, selling for £935,000 in 2006.

Another property has an upper estimated value of a whopping £1.22m.

Egg Lane, Claines
