St Andrews Road, Lostock, Bolton

According to Zoopla, this is the most expensive street in Bolton and the average property value is £1,113,873.

One of the most expensive properties on the street is valued at more than £1.4 million.

High Bank Lane, Lostock

The average property value on High Bank Lane is £930,577- although this is an eye wateringly high figure, it’s 2% lower than it was 12 months ago.

One property on the street sold for £1,150,000 in 2012.

Another five bed, six bathroom property has an estimated value of £1.17m-£1.42m- the running costs are estimated at £1957 for this property.

Victoria Road

Zoopla estimates that the average property value on Victoria road is £806,708- but some properties have fetched over £1 million.

A property on Victoria Road sold for £1,450,000 in 2018.

Heaton Mount

The average property on Heaton Mount is  estimated at £788,913.

The most expensive property has an estimated value of £862K-£1.05m with approximate running costs of £2,257 per month.

Oakley Park

Oakley Park properties have an average value of £766,789.

However, one property has an upper estimate of £1.07m.

One four bed property in Oakley Park sold for £795,000 in 2018- its estimated running costs were around £2400 per month.
