WHITCHURCH Dental Studio will soon be taking in new patients, with new owners taking on the business.

Last month the dental studio closed its doors after the company was wound up and passed into the hands of the administrators.

The business has now been bought by new owners Amrit and Baldip Chohan, with the practice once again operating as a private practice.

Amrit currently runs a dental practice in Market Drayton, and husband Baldip says many of Whitchurch Dental Studio's former staff have rejoined the practice.

"Amrit is reopening Whitchurch Dental Studio and expects it to be open in the next few weeks for dentistry," said Baldip. "Almost all of the staff, hygienists and dentists will be returning.

"After deciding to reopen the practice she managed to get in touch with people who used to work there before and offer them their jobs back which almost all accepted.

"The practice will remain much like it was before, a fully private family dental practice offering quality dentistry and will be having a Denplan scheme as before.

"Amrit wants to modernise the practice and will also keep the same telephone number so feel new patients are free to call and book in.

"Because of GDPR patient details did not get transferred across and so patients will need to re-register which can be done over the phone."
