THE family of Duncan Bruce have tribute after he died on April 30, aged 78.
Husband to Jean Bruce, Mr Bruce was born in Craghead, Stanley, and lived in the former mining village for most of his life.
Mr Bruce has three children, Tara, Alison and Duncan , was grandfather to six – Samantha, Jermaine, Brydie, Henley, Maizy and Edith and a great-grandfather to Lacey.
The funeral service was held on May 18 at Wear Valley Crematorium, Coundon, near Bishop Auckland.
