A PURRFECT pair of cats are looking for forever homes after spending almost 365 days in RSPCA care
Adana and Lucy, who were rescued by the charity following welfare concerns, will soon by marking their first anniversary at RSPCA Felledge Animal Centre, near Chester-le-Street

Cattery supervisor Catherine Neasham, said: “Sadly, the girls came into our care in July 2019 following a welfare concern.

“They have been here almost a full year and despite being here for so long they are extremely lovely girls and excellent cattery residents. They will make lovely pets.”

Adana is a nine-year-old tortoiseshell cat and Lucy is a four year old black and white moggy. Although they came in together they are not very close so can happily be rehomed separately.

Adana needs regular eye treatment which can be discussed with any potential owner. She may be a little shy at first but will soon come out of her shell like she has at the cattery.

Lucy loves strokes and fuss and will quite happily sit on your lap, but she is also quite independent.
Both cats could live with children of any age, another friendly cat or dog. Adana is most likely to spend most of her time indoors as the staff believe it’s unlikely she’s been outside before.
