Sophie Thomas and James Scott welcomed twins Lexie-Rose and James into the world on May 26, at Durham Hospital. Lexie-Rose was 6lb 12oz and James was 6lb 2oz. Mum and dad said: “We wish them both a happy and healthy future”

Kerri Shore celebrated the birth of daughter Amaris on May 10. Amaris was born in her great nana’s bedroom in Orwell Street, Middlesbrough, and weighed 6lb 10oz. Amaris has a sister Aleena. Mum Kerri said: “ I hope that she always knows what a beautiful ray of light she was during a strange and difficult time, and that all her hearts desires are fulfilled”

Bobby Elijah Roe was born on May 14, at Darlington Memorial Hospital, weighing 7lb 14oz, to parents Amy and Michael. His siblings are Amelia and Ella

Olivia Cleasby gave birth to her first child, daughter Aria Mae, on April 29, in Darlington. Aria Mae weighed 7lb 11oz. Mum Olivia said: “I wish her to have a happy life and to be loved”

Katie and James Smith welcomed their first child into the world on May 14, at Darlington Memorial Hospital. Naomi Shiona Smith weighed 8lb. Mum Katie said: “We would love to thank all staff at Darlington hospital for the care they give me and Naomi. We really couldn’t thank them enough. We just want Naomi to know that we love her very much”
