Suspected burglar crashed a suspected stolen 4x4 during police pursuit
A MAN has been arrested in connection with a series of burglaries early this morning.
The suspect was caught after reportedly failing to stop for Cleveland Police while he was driving a white Hilux vehicle, which was reportedly stolen in one of the burglaries.
Enquiries are continuing into the burglaries in the Mandale and Victoria areas of Thornaby.
The 22-year-old remains in custody.
