A CHICKEN coop has been stolen from a park on Teesside, prompting police to launch an appeal for witnesses.
At some point between 5pm on Monday and 8.30am on Tuesday, a wooden chicken coop was taken from Stewart Park in Middlesbrough.
The coop, which is more than 5ft tall, belonged to Askham Bryan College also in Middlesbrough.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "Any witnesses or anyone with information or private CCTV of the incident is asked to contact PCSO Kenzie on the non-emergency number 101, quoting event number 101091."
