Homes by Esh have reopened their residential development sites across the North East of England as the home builder announces a number of new deals for buyers interested in purchasing their dream home. 

New reservations across the Homes by Esh five development sites have continued throughout the lockdown period, with virtual viewings and online sales leading to savvy buyers securing plots at the firm’s newest development at West Park Garden Village in Darlington, where prices start at £169,995. 

To mark the reopening of developments, the developer has unveiled a raft of new sales deals across its sites in Darlington, Houghton-le-Spring, Middleton-st-George and Heighington Village sites to help support buyers make the move into a new home for 2020.
