THE award-winning gardens at Wynyard Hall is reopening its doors to the public tomorrow.

From June 3, guests will be able to enjoy a walk around the stunning gardens and will be able to purchase products from the farm shop including takeaway tea, coffee and snacks.

Director Sarah Antonopoulos said: “Here at Wynyard Hall, we are very excited to reopen the gardens and farm shop.

“The gardens look stunning with the roses just about to bloom so we are delighted to be able to share this with the public again.

“Since our closure, we have been busy implementing changes and following government advice to ensure proper social distancing can be observed for the safety of both our staff and guests.

“We advise all those planning to visit, to view the safety information on our website and purchase their tickets online to minimise contact.”

The Gardens at Wynyard Hall opened in 2015 and feature a walled garden enclosing more than 3,000 roses planted with a wide range of perennials.

Designed by Alistair Baldwin, the walled garden is full of colour and scent, with meandering paths and water features making it the perfect place for some fresh air.

For £6 guests can enjoy the walled garden, edible garden, wild garden and woodland walk, farm shop and café for a full year with unlimited visits – exclusions apply.
