Police are appealing for private CCTV or dashcam footage as they investigate reports of six attempted burglaries last night and overnight on Monday.
The reports relate to The Pastures area of Coulby Newham, Hemlington, Stainton and Thornton areas.
PCSO Oakley from Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Team (NPT) has been made aware of images being shared on social media potentially relating to these reports and has asked anyone with private CCTV to share it with his team.

He said: “We are dealing with reports of a number of burglaries and attempted burglaries in these areas on the night of May 25 and May 26.
“During our enquiries we have been given descriptions of two males, both with slim builds, wearing dark-coloured clothing, possibly tracksuits, with the hoods up.
“We’d ask people living in these areas to check their cameras for any relevant images and to share any information with police on 101.”
