A MAN has been arrested and charged for seven offences, including a racially aggravated public order against an emergency worker.
A 31-year-old Hartlepool man arrested on May 22 on suspicion of over half a dozen alleged offences was interviewed by Hartlepool CID officers and charged with burglary, theft, assault, a racially aggravated public order against an emergency worker, a public order offence and two Covid-related assaults on emergency workers.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Teesside Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday May 26.
